The breaking strength of the parachute cord was tested by using it to suspend different weights from a secure overhead anchor.
Materials used: parachute cord, three ~12kg lead bricks, three ~1.2kg clamps.
Test one results:
The line broke between 269N and 384N
Test two results:
The line broke between 256N and 269N
All subsequent test gave results similar to test two.
